By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order NoticeTexas Bites Bakery requires at least 2 weeks’ notice for all custom cake orders.Requests with less than 7 days' notice may be subject to a rush fee, if accepted.

2. Booking & RetainerYour order is not confirmed until a 50% non-refundable retainer is paid.The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event. If full payment is not received, your order may be canceled.

3. Design & Inspiration Photos While we strive to match inspiration photos, exact replicas may not be possible due to artistic style and availability of materials.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

   • Cancellations made 2 weeks or more before the event may receive a partial refund (excluding the retainer).

   • Cancellations made less than 2 weeks of the event are non-refundable.

5. Delivery & Pickup

   • Delivery is available within Killeen and surrounding areas for an additional fee.

   • Once a cake is picked up or delivered, Texas Bites Bakery is not responsible for any damage that occurs thereafter.

6. Allergy Disclaimer Our products are made in a kitchen that handles dairy, nuts, eggs, soy, and wheat. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free product.

7. Photo & Marketing Use We may photograph your order and use the images for marketing and social media purposes.
