If you need to cancel your order, please let us know at least 2 weeks before your event date. You will receive a refund minus the 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event are not eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible.

We recommend placing your order at least one week in advance. For larger or more complex cakes, such as wedding cakes, please order two to four weeks ahead. This ensures we can meet your expectations and secure your date. Contact us with your event date, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

We offer both delivery and pickup options! Choose to pick up your cake or have it delivered to your location. Let us know your preference when placing your order, and we'll discuss delivery fees and times. We're here to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience!
